We believe in working with local resources and using materials with intention. Beginning from our place of origin, we look closely at the land beneath us, incorporating yak wool and Sichuan silk from the Sichuan region, alongside bamboo fiber, hemp, ramie, and other natural fibers inspired by regional traditions.
Each material reflects a respect for land, craft, and cultural memory. Through continual experimentation, YEARLY PLAN explores new possibilities within natural fibers while creating garments intended for lasting wear.

Plant Dyeing
Taken from nature, matured in balance.
Materials are never simply raw resources, but part of a wider relationship between land, climate, and daily life. Inspired by locally abundant natural dye materials, plant pigments move from earth to fabric through a continued process of renewal.

Process
Rather than erasing natural variation through industrial uniformity, we embrace irregularity as part of the process. Changes formed through time, climate, and craft are preserved within the garment itself—becoming traces of life and wear.
Plant Dye Extraction
Plants are carefully cleaned, pigments extracted, and dyes blended while preserving their natural character. Variations in climate, concentration, and fabric are embraced as part of the process. Remaining plant matter is returned to compost, forming a cyclical dyeing system.
Ultrasonic Dyeing
Fabrics are first treated with natural soap, then dyed using ultrasonic heating technology to allow plant pigments to penetrate fibers more evenly. Through repeated dyeing, oxidation, and natural drying, deeper and more nuanced tones emerge.
