Fabrics
We approach fabric through the lens of longevity—considering every stage from production and use to recovery and renewal.
Through craftsmanship and technical innovation, materials are given an extended life beyond a single cycle of wear.
    Shuttle-Loom Denim
Produced on traditional narrow shuttle looms, denim fabrics carry the character of classic selvage construction. Raw, untreated indigo avoids unnecessary washing and chemical processing, reducing resource consumption.

    Recycled Materials
    Recycled Wool
We work with recycled wool developed by Italian textile manufacturers Manteco. Produced within Tuscany's closed-loop MSystem®, theyarns are created entirely from recovered garments and textile waste without additional dyeing processes, significantly reducing water usage and carbon emissions.
Recycled Materials
    Recycled Nylon
Recycled nylon is sourced from industrial waste, discarded fishing nets, and recovered textiles. Through regeneration processes, the material reduces petroleum consumption and lowers lifecycle carbon emissions while contributing to circular production systems.

    Recycled Yarn
YEARLY PLAN also collaborates with ltalian yarn manufacturer PINORl FILATl SPA, transforming discarded denim into recycled yarns through fibre recovery and re-spinning processes.

    Traceable Materials
    Organic Cotton
Organic cotton is cultivated without synthetic chemicals or genetically modified seeds. Slower agricultural methods prioritise soil regeneration and ecological balance, significantly reducing water usage, pollution, and chemical exposure.

  Production
We work with manufacturing partners committed to energy reduction, responsible resource management, and long-term environmental practices. Solar energy systems, wastewater treatment faclities, and controlled production environments are integrated into daily operations, allowing manufacturing and nature to coexist more gently.
    Waterless Treatment
Rainwater collected on site is treated through a multi—stage purification system before being reused for landscaping, sanitation, and other non-potable applications. Reverse osmosis technology allows over 75% of wastewater to be recycled internally.
    Solar Energy
Through solar power systems, rainwater recovery, recycled water usage, green architecture, and waste circulation initiatives, partner factories continue to reduce environmental impact while building lower-carbon production systems.
    Quality Management Capability
ISO—certified management systems help ensure stable production quality and traceable standards throughout the production process.
    Responsible Wool Standard
We work with partners certified under the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), supporting animal welfare, responsible land management, and transparent supply chains.
    Recyclable Materials
Recycled nylon, organic cotton, and recycled cotton are integrated alongside collaborations with innovative partners such as Vibram and Spiber.
Sustainability begins with the material itself—creating a more natural relationship between everyday wear and the environment.
YEARLY PLAN approaches garment making with precision and care—balancing technical innovation with hand craftsmanship at every stage of production.
    Fabric Relaxation
Through steam and mechanical treatment, residual tension within fabric is naturally released before cutting. This stabilises the material and allows garments to retain their intended shape over time.
YEARLY PLAN selects partner factories that are not only committed to labor rights, working conditions, and social responsibility. Embracing openness means making discerning choices—moving care for people into every step of the process, so that each garment, from its origin, carries respect for those who make it and the work they do.
    Laser Cutting
Laser cutting improves precision while minimizing deformation during production. As a fully physical process, it also reduces airborne dust associated with traditional cutting methods.
    Dust Filtration
Multi-stage air filtration systems reduce dust, fumes, and airborne particles within production spaces, helping create cleaner and safer working environments.
    Automated Down Filling
Automated filling systems improve accuracy while reducing airborne fibers during production, helping protect workers throughout the manufacturing process.
  Sustainable Finishing
YEARLY PLAN adopts environmentally conscious finishing processes across the full production chain—from organic cotton cultivation and recycled fibers to water-saving finishing technologies.
    Ozone Washing
Using ozone—based denim treatment technology developed by Jeanologia, garments achieve natural fading effects without excessive water usage, pumice stones, or harmful chemicals. Ozone naturally decomposes back into oxygen after treatment, significantly reducing water and energy consumption.
    Laser Fading
High—precision laser technology replaces traditional sanding and abrasive distressing methods with a dry process requiring no water or chemical treatments. Digital patterning and integrated dust recovery systems further reduce environmental impact while improving worker safety.
